Pre-order checklist
- Stand dimensions: Record width, depth, open sides and the position of furniture and products.
- Event requirements: Check current exhibitor instructions for height, materials, power and any hanging elements. Ask the organiser what is permitted on your particular stand.
- Artwork: Use the correct product template and our print file guidance. Keep the main message clear of counters and areas where people will stand.
- Transport: Confirm the delivery address, contact person and receiving requirements. A venue address alone may not provide sufficient delivery instructions.
- Timing: Tell us when the equipment must be ready. Production and transport are confirmed for the individual order.
